Faulty or Defective FASTags: If a FASTag is found to be faulty upon receipt, agents must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the defective FASTag at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders: If an incorrect order is delivered (e.g., wrong quantity or type of FASTags), agents must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the order without any extra charges.
Order Cancellation: Agents can cancel their order before dispatch. A full refund will be issued for such cancellations.
Activated FASTags: FASTags that have been activated and used are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged FASTags Due to Improper Use: FASTags damaged due to mishandling by the agent or end customer will not be eligible for refunds.

Returning FASTags: If applicable, agents must return faulty or incorrect FASTags to our designated return address. The return shipping cost will be covered by SM Communications.
Verification and Approval: Once we receive the returned FASTags, our team will inspect them. If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
